Allen Daugherty

Allen Daugherty lives in Crimora, Virginia, and has three children and two grandchildren. He was born and raised in a small town near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. At the age of seventeen and a half, he joined the USAF and served for twelve years as a Medic. After he got out of the service, he worked in Emergency Medical Services and has now been a Registered Nurse for over 24 years. He has worked a total of 49 years in the medical field.

During his time in the medical field, Allen also ministered to adults and young people in several different churches. He has spoken many times in jails and rescue missions and was part of a church group that ministered to patients in nursing homes.

He loves helping people get through tough times, progress in the pursuit of their dreams, and just growing into the person they were meant to be.

Allen has a unique writing style that relates well with all readers. He writes in a very conversational style with a little humor laced in.
